Ever hear someone say that? Ever say that yourself? Well just so you don't feel like you are alone, I really believe that every person has said this or at least thought this at some point in their life. It is a good question, but be careful that you don't get so wrapped up in it that you think it is all about you! God is doing a work in your life, sometimes the chipping away of the stone to become a work of art is painful. Remember that the work of art is for the enjoyment of others and the artist. God has plans for you to be a wonderful work of art--- That is why it is happening to you. Do your best to learn from it, to become what He intends for you to become, get closer to Him through the situation.

Great post! We too often view the troubles in our lives as coming from the enemy. In reality, however, God is sovereign over every part of our lives... both the good and the bad.
